Rooms have been reserved at The Lodge at Vail. In order to receive the group rate, please mention you are with the Vanderbilt group when making your reservation. Reservations made after December 17, 2009 will be made on a space available basis at regular rates.
As the Vanderbilt Otolaryngology Symposium will take place during high ski season, cancellation and refund policies will be strictly enforced by The Lodge at Vail. Please be sure to discuss all policies with the reservations agent.
